01 · How it works
Three steps, and you stay in control.
No passwords, no spreadsheets filled in by hand. You approve read access once, and the numbers arrive every morning.
You grant access
Facebook and Instagram: share your Page and account with my business as a partner, with insights access only. Threads and TikTok: approve the Social Reporting app once. YouTube public stats need nothing from you.
A daily sync reads the numbers
Followers, reach, views and engagement for the account and for each post, stored with the platform's original response so nothing is retyped by hand.
You get the report
A monthly report with every post, its views and engagement, in your deck's own format. The numbers match what each platform's app shows.
02 · What the app never does
Read-only, by design.
The Social Reporting app asks only for permissions that read statistics. It cannot publish, edit or delete content, reply to anyone or send messages, and it never sees your password.
