Terms of Service
These terms cover the Social Reporting service operated by Dinh Huy Nguyen. By authorizing an account or using a report, you agree to them.
The service
Social Reporting reads performance statistics from social media accounts that you own or manage and that you have authorized, and turns them into reports. It only reads data. It never publishes content or sends messages.
Your responsibilities
- Authorize only accounts that you own or are permitted to manage.
- Keep the platforms' own terms when you use their data, including the Meta Platform Terms, the TikTok terms and the YouTube Terms of Service.
Accuracy
Numbers come from each platform's API as reported on the day of the sync. Platforms revise, retire and redefine metrics. Reports state their sources, and we correct errors we find, but we cannot guarantee that a platform's own figures are complete or final.
Ending access
You can revoke access at any time in each platform's settings or by writing to us (see data deletion). We can end the service with notice by email.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Dinh Huy Nguyen is not liable for indirect losses, or for outages or changes on the platforms' side.
