Privacy Policy
Dinh Huy Nguyen ("I", "we") operates Social Reporting, a reporting tool that collects performance statistics from social media accounts whose owners have authorized access. This policy explains what is collected, how it is used and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
Only with the account owner's authorization, through the official APIs of Meta (Facebook, Instagram and Threads), TikTok and YouTube:
- Account statistics: follower counts, reach, views, profile visits, link clicks and engagement totals.
- Post statistics for content published by the authorized account: views, reach, likes, reactions, comments or replies, shares, reposts, saves and watch time, with the post's caption, publish date, link and thumbnail.
- Aggregated audience breakdowns (country, age range, gender) where the platform provides them. These are anonymous totals.
- Access tokens issued by the platform, so the daily sync can read the statistics.
We do not collect personal information about individual followers or viewers, the content of comments or messages, or passwords.
What we never do
- Post, edit or delete content, reply to comments or send messages on behalf of any account.
- Sell the data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising or profiling.
How we use it
The data is used only to produce performance reports for the client who owns or manages the account, and to check that those reports are accurate.
Storage and security
Statistics and access tokens are stored on systems controlled by Dinh Huy Nguyen. Access is limited to the people who produce that client's reports. Tokens are never shared outside our organization, and are never placed in client-side code or public repositories.
Retention
Statistics are kept for as long as we provide reporting to the client. They are deleted within 30 days after the engagement ends, or on request.
Removing access and deleting data
Account owners can revoke access at any time, and can ask us to delete everything collected about their account. See data deletion instructions.
Platform policies
Social Reporting uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Google lets you revoke access at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Data from Meta and TikTok is handled in line with the Meta Platform Terms and the TikTok for Business developer terms.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Material changes are told to clients by email.
