1. Remove access
This stops any further collection right away:
- Facebook and Instagram: Meta Business Suite → Settings → Partners, remove our business. Or Facebook → Settings → Business integrations → remove Social Reporting.
- Threads: Threads → Settings → Account → Website permissions → remove Social Reporting.
- TikTok: TikTok app → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions → remove Social Reporting.
- YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → remove Social Reporting.
2. Ask us to delete your data
Email hello@huynguyenai.site with the account name or handle. We delete every statistic, post record and access token for that account within 30 days and confirm by email.
When you remove Social Reporting from Threads or Facebook, Meta also sends us an automatic deletion request. It is handled the same way.
